Training schedule

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the 900CX (Orion®), covering all CX models including the 918CX, 920CX and 922CX. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service 900CX equipment on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the 900DX (Orion®), covering DX models 922DX, 927DX and the 928DX. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service 900DX equipment on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months. This course does not include certification on the 930DX or 935DX.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the BPI 600 ATU. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 600 ATU product line on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the BPI 600 AT2. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 600 AT2 product line on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the BPI 600 XRh. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 600 XRh product line on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the Gemini® product range. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service all Gemini® products on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the VOTI product line. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service VOTI equipment on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the BPI 600 XR/XRW. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 600 XR/XRW product line on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This certification covers Service Level 1 for the Rapiscan Systems Orion® DX Series. On successful completion, you will be certified in Daily and Weekly Preventative Maintenance on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

Our operator training is designed for new users and to refresh the knowledge of current users. Each of our operator courses are designed with blended learning in mind – providing students with theory-based learning and practical sessions using Rapiscan Systems equipment. All operator courses are formally assessed to ensure all students are competent to effectively use your equipment. Students are provided with official certification and certificates, on successful completion of training

This certification covers Service Level 1 for the Rapiscan Systems 600 Series. On successful completion, you will be certified in Daily and Weekly Preventative Maintenance on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.

This 1-Day course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to successfully operate the Rapiscan Orion® 900CX Series, providing them with the skills required as an Operator to effectively use the 900CX Series product line.

This combined certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the 900CX and 900DX Orion® equipment. The models covered in the training are: 918CX, 920CX, 922CX 920DX, 926DX, 927DX, 928DX On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service 900CX and 900DX Orion® equipment on behalf of Rapiscan for 12 months. This course does not include certification on the 930DX or 935DX.

The first day consists of the classroom version of the 900DX Series Operator Certification course, which ensures that your trainers learn the full aspects of how to successfully activate and operate the 900DX series, whilst enhancing their image interpretation skills. The final two days concentrate on the Train-the Trainer aspect, certifying students to official Rapiscan standards.

This certification covers Service Levels 1,2 and 3 for the Orion® 930DX (Van). On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 930DX on behalf of Rapiscan for 12 months. Note, that this course can be used as a one-day addition to our Orion® 900DX Advanced Maintenance Certification if you are already certified on this product line.

This immersive 4-day training program is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the operator role for the Rapiscan 935DX and 927DX systems. Through a blend of hands-on practice, guided instruction, and peer collaboration, students will build the technical proficiency and operational confidence required to excel in real-world screening environments. By the end of the course, students will not only be certified operators but also capable trainers on the product.

This immersive 3-day training program is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the operator role for the Rapiscan 600 Series equipment. Through a blend of hands-on practice, guided instruction, and peer collaboration, students will build the technical proficiency and operational confidence required to excel in real-world screening environments. By the end of the course, students will not only be certified operators but also capable trainers on the 600 series product line.

This focused training session is designed to prepare security professionals for the safe and effective operation of Rapiscan’s advanced screening systems during the 2026 Winter Olympics. Participants will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge to ensure smooth, secure operations across all Olympic venues. Through comprehensive instruction and hands-on demonstrations, attendees will gain operational expertise on the Rapiscan 927DX, 620XRh, Metor® 28e and Metor® 9M.

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the RTT®110. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the RTT®110 on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months

This certification covers Service Level 1 for the RTT®110. On successful completion, you will be certified in Daily and Weekly Preventative Maintenance on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months.
