On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the MobileTrace® & Hardened MobileTrace® on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months. This course does not include certification on the other Trace products, these are covered in a separate certification.

5 - 7 Nov 2025

3 days, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

This certification covers the Itemiser® 4DX and Itemiser® 4DN. This maintenance certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for these models. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 4DX and 4DN on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months. This course does not include certification on the other Trace products, these are covered in separate courses/certifications.

This newly updated maintenance certification covers the Itemiser® 5X. This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for these models. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 5X on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months. This course does not include certification on the other Trace products, these are covered in a separate certification.

This two hour familiarization course is designed to provide employees with a comprehensive overview of the security screening equipment manufactured by Rapiscan Systems. Employees will gain essential knowledge about the operational principles of various devices and develop a fundamental understanding of their application.

1 week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the 600 Series AirCargo (632, 636 and 638). On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 600 Series AirCargo on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months. Note - this does not include the 638DV 300KV. This is a separate course.

2 - 6 Feb 2026

1 week, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

This certification covers Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for the 638 320KV AirCargo equipment. On successful completion, you will be fully certified to service the 638 320KV on behalf of Rapiscan Systems for 12 months. Note - this does not include the generic AirCargo Series. This is a separate course. This course specializes in the 320KV Generator.
