RTTVis Train the Trainer Certification
This 4-day Train the Trainer certification prepares trainers and instructors to provide RTTVis Operator and Supervisor training on site. This is the optimal approach for training new starters and ensuring all training needs are met. A trainer who successfully completes this course will be authorized to train operators/supervisors on behalf of the Learning Academy for 12 months, specifically on RTTVis and TMAS.
Description
The first two days consist of the classroom versions of the Operator and Supervisor Certification courses, to ensure that trainers learn the full aspects of how to successfully activate and operate the RTT®110, whilst enhancing image interpretation skills.
The final two days concentrate on the ‘Trainer’ aspect, ensuring trainers can deliver effective training to Rapiscan Systems standards.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this certified course, students will be able to:
- Outline the concept of ADS system operation.
- Identify the ADS image manipulation tools.
- Perform 3D image manipulation.
- Locate and retrieve archived images.
- Complete the procedures for login and logout of the ADS workstation.
- Distinguish between the threat categories.
- Use the ADS screening equipment decision tools
- Identify the TMAS management tools
- Devise, formulate and export reports
- Plan, compile and modify a user database.
- Interpret real time status information.
- List the different learning styles
- Be able to demonstrate excellent presentation skills
- Assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Create a training session to the Rapiscan Systems standard
- Use the Rapiscan Systems Training Materials to train your own colleagues
- Assess and certify those trained
Prerequisites
To partake in this course, students must have completed a training qualification or instructor led course in the past 12 months and have a valid certificate for review before being enrolled onto the course.
