This course provides a valuable introduction to people management. The training covers communication skills and team leadership, as well as introducing practical delegation techniques to help boost productivity.

By the end of this one-day course, the participants will be able to
- Explain their role and responsibilities as a manager and ways to motivate and enhance team members’ performance.
- Give feedback to team members on their performance.
- Demonstrate their skills in coaching team members to motivate and enhance performance.
- Delegate tasks to team members in a clear, engaging, and supportive manner.
Prerequisites
This training course is designed for those new to management and team leadership, or those without previous training in managing other team members at work.
